Return Policy

What is your return policy?
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a refund or an exchange if the items are unworn/unwashed and the original tags are still attached. (Exception: DermiHealth PRO and Medispo Disposable Face Masks are final sale items, and are non-refundable. No returns of these items will be accepted.) Sun Protection Zone accepts online returns and exchanges within 30 days of when you received your order. Sun Protection Zone cannot pay for return shipping, and it is the responsibility of the customer to coordinate and pay for the return of their order. Exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost, upon receipt of your items. Returns and exchanges are not available for merchandise purchased from retail stores. Sun Protection Zone reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion if any item returned does not meet its return criteria. Items that are returned dirty, or with damages will not be refunded or exchanged. (ie. Hats should be shipped in packaging that does not require the brim to be folded - DO NOT FOLD HATS IN HALF.) All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.


What are the instructions for returning my product?
We prefer that items be returned via the U.S. Postal Service, but it is not required. However, if a carrier other than USPS is used, please email the tracking number to customer service. Be sure to include a copy of your customer invoice inside the package.

FOR REFUNDS:

On the copy of your customer invoice, please indicate which items are being returned for a refund. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If the entire order is returned, a full refund will be issued, including the sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charge. Orders that opted for expedited shipping will not receive a full credit of the shipping charge, but will instead receive a credit of $5.50 (the flat-rate that is charged for Ground shipping) toward the overall refund.

FOR EXCHANGES:
On the copy of your customer invoice, please indicate which items are being returned for an exchange, and provide the complete info for the new items we will be sending back out (product, color, size). If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, please give written authorization for us to add the difference to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Otherwise, we will have to contact you prior to processing your return in order to obtain authorization, which will cause some delay. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, the difference will be credited to the original payment card.
